POP access (not supported)

Mail by vizsu does not offer POP3. Use IMAP instead; here is why and what to do with apps that only support POP.

POP3 is not supported. The mail server does not offer POP on port 110 or 995.

Quick settings card: IMAP server mail.vizsu.com, port 993 SSL/TLS; SMTP server mail.vizsu.com, port 465 SSL/TLS or 587 STARTTLS; username is your full email address; password is an app password.

Use IMAP instead. IMAP does everything POP does and keeps mail in sync across webmail, phone and computer. Any app that supports POP almost always supports IMAP too.

If you only have a POP option

  • Look for "IMAP", "Other" or "Manual setup" in the app's account settings.
  • Services that collect mail over POP, such as Gmail's "Check mail from other accounts", can't fetch from Mail by vizsu. See Use Gmail with your vizsu address for alternatives.
