Members, roles, audit log and SCIM
Dashboard roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer, mail user), the audit log, and provisioning users from your identity provider with SCIM.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including changing other members’ roles. |
| Admin | Manage domains, users, groups, imports and settings. |
| Member | Read the dashboard, and send from their own mailbox. |
| Viewer | Read only. |
| Mail user | A person with a mailbox: webmail and their own mailbox settings only, no dashboard. |
Manage roles in Settings → Members. Only owners change roles, an account always keeps at least one owner, and owners and admins need a recovery email on their mailbox.
Audit log
Settings → Audit log records changes such as domains added, users created, passwords reset, imports started and suspensions. Owners and admins can export it as CSV or JSON for a date range.
SCIM provisioning
Connect an identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra ID and others) to create, update and remove users automatically. In Settings → SCIM create a token (shown once), then configure your provider with:
