Delegate access to a mailbox
Let other people read a mailbox, send as it or send on its behalf.
Delegation lets other people use a mailbox without sharing its password.
| Right | Lets the delegate |

| Read | Open the mailbox in webmail and IMAP apps. |
| Send as | Send mail that appears to come from the mailbox. |
| Send on behalf | Send mail marked as sent on behalf of the mailbox. |
- Open Users, the mailbox, then Delegation.
- Add a person and tick the rights they need.
- Save. Untick all rights or choose Remove to take access away.
App passwords and security settings of a delegated mailbox stay with its owner.
