Set or reset your password
Which password is used where: vizsu account for the web, app passwords for mail apps, and how admins set or reset a password.
There are two kinds of password:

Change or reset your web sign-in password
- In webmail open Settings → Password & security.
- Choose Manage in vizsu account and change it there.
- Forgot it? Use the forgot-password option on the vizsu sign-in page.
When an admin sets your password
An admin can set or generate a new password for you. If your vizsu account was created by Mail for your mailbox, that one password becomes both your web sign-in and your mailbox password. If you created your vizsu account yourself, or you are an owner or admin, your vizsu password is left alone and only the mailbox password changes. See Reset a user's password.
Mailbox password
Older setups use a mailbox password in email apps. It never works for web sign-in and is being phased out: switch your apps to app passwords.
